Dear Reader,
This petition has been created to spread the work about our Military branches and the descrimination that takes place on the bases. There are orginazations available to servicemen such as the IG(Inspector General), MEO (Military Equal Opportunity), and ADC(Area Defense Council). In this case, none of the above mentioned orginazations are helping.
Here is a brief description of the situation, and reason for my request that you sign this petition. There is a Captain in the United States Air Force stationed at Brooks AFB, Texas who has been falsely accused and is facing being falsely charged for aligations that his wife brought forward.
His spouse has since retracted her statement and told the truth about the things that transpired, and notated that her husband's supervisor is the person who told her to stick to the original story. This is coersion and this is illegal. Where this same situation would normally warrant a LOR (Letter of reprimand), This particular case is being brought forward in court to have this Captain Seperated with a less than Honorable discharge. He has been scrutinized, Falsely accused, and separated (by military order) from his wife and children for over 270 days. Lastly, he would seek the help of these Military Orginazations with no resolution. Please sign this petition to assist with this and many other similar situations by insisting that outside civilian help come in and investigate for the men and women who serve our country and can't get a fair shake due to descrimination. Thank you

- I have experience similar treatment as the Captian has, I seeked counsel from my available resources on base and never received any help or any answers, the last thing I could do was surrender to what they were planning for me and accept the consequences, I was seperated 2 months after having a baby and going through a divorce.

- The last things a person who is willing to lay down their life for their country should have to worry about are inappropriate coercion, and not recieving help from the programs put in place to help them.

- Discrimination is covered up in the USAF by those same person (s) sworn to address it and stop it. Don't want to call the baby ugly when it comes to this law. Many before us have been through or is currently going through this Injustice. The USAF is suppose to held to a higher standards. If we don't do anything about this unlawful act, others will continue to suffer. The NAACP motto is "Freedom is not Free". You all should believe that..

- So true. This crap is alive and well at SAFB. There was a Congressional sent up through the state senator's office and Sheppard shot it down and swept it under the rug. Several people have left the organization because of the hostile environment we are working in at the present time.

- My brother is going through this injustice still, he reported it; a Command Directed Investigation was done and this black officer "LtCol Bell" who handle the case; he promise and then back off after consulting with IG & base legal. He told my brother and 12 other witnesses that they would be able to review their statements under oath; make sure it was correct before signing it. They would be able to get a ge copy. It never happen and they have kept and hide 113 pages of documents, saying is unreleasable. The devil never stop working and these racist military members continues to be covered it up today. Shameful, Evil and Wrong. Let keep this petition going; our black military members deserves better.
