    • Having to fly on a bi-weekly basis, I am appalled at the lack of customer respect, professional attittude, and common sense in the operations of our airlines today. There is little, if any, regard for the value of their customer's time or professional obligations that exist. It is only what is of benefit to the airlines that is considered in their daily operation.
