As residents of Frostburg we are opposed to the closing of alley #24. Closing this alley would further isolate our Uhl / Welsh Street neighborhood and reduce one more means of access to our homes. We are NOT opposed to doors that open on the alley for delivery access the alley is already temporarily blocked from time to time for that purpose and we understand the need. What we do disapprove of is a permanent reduction in means of entry to the neighborhood. While it is important for business to thrive we do not believe that it should be at the residents expense.

I oppose the closing of alley #24.
