We, the Undersigned, formally petition the Illinois Center for Instructional Technology Accessibility, part of the Division of Rehabilitation - Education Services at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, to provide the full source code and GNU GPL compatible licensing and sub-licensing rights to their software, Accessible Web Publishing Wizard for Microsoft Office version 1.0, for the purposes of furthering the accessibility of websites and other electronic content to persons with disabilities across the nation and world, to be copied, distributed, modified, enhanced, and utilized in accordance with the licensing rights so chosen.

- At PCC we have quite a lot of faculty who want put their PPT files up on the web. Now that they have to pay for this tool, it is much more difficult to get them on board with converting them to accessible material. Making the old version available would go a long way to enabling accessible material from PPT on our campus. We are committed to meeting Section 508.
