This is a petition calling for the arrest and prosecution of the Philippine Government, including the President, vice-president, senate and congress for crimes against humanity for their part in the murder and genocide of Seven million women and children in the prostitution slave bars of fields ave, Angeles, Philippines.

This petition calls for their arrest and extradition to the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague (Netherlands) where they will face charges for their part in genocide of seven million women and children.

The bars in fields ave Angeles, Philippines have been enslaving, trafficking, torturing, raping and murdering women and children with the full support of the Philippine Government who have recieved billions in bribes from the foreign owned bars.

Also to be arrested and charged are the Angeles city police in the Philippines for their active part in protecting the murder and rape of seven million women and children in the prostitution slave bars of fields ave, Angeles.
