Virgin Media should remove their capping policy which gives an unfair maximum download between 10 am and 9pm (11 Hours per day).
Thats 11 hours out of 24 when users can only receive 75\% of their ultra speed internet because Virgin media oversubscribed their service and are now causing the customer to suffer.
Not only this but Virgin will still offer unlimited download, with a small print about this capping. Yes this is completely legal as they have stated the fact in their small print, but is it fair? No..... it should be made clearer from the outset and Virgin should not advertise their blistering speeds when they cannot deliver them.
Virgin media should remove their broadband throttling entirely, but this will never happen so what about fairer with the policy;
-25\% throttling between 4pm and 9pm (the time when most people use home internet)
-50\% throttling and a reduced price on all services.
-Or just remove the policy and make loyal customers happy again.

- How is a service that is called "UNLIMITED" limit people's download speeds. This is a very bad problem when using your broadband on Xbox Live.
