This is more like putting an idea through not a petition. Basically its for people in the South Wales County Borough of Cearphilly. CCBC.

If you like your cars, you like to go out in your car, you like to go to the Blackwood area then you are classed as an "antisocial cruiser" but this is not true. Most of you are car enthusiasts that dont mess around and do illegal stuff.

This is just a form for me "James aka r5 gt turbo raider on car forums" to give to the council putting an idea forward to them about giving us sumwhere open and out of the way to go so that we dont intimidate the public and shoppers of a thursday nite and so that we dont congest the high street and the carparks of Blackwood. All we need is a big patch of concrete some where for us to park up on and have a chat with other enthusiasts etc.

So if you would like such an area where we could go without getting moved on or in trouble or scare members of the public and cause problems with the locals then just complete the fields below and we can put this to the council.

    • CRUIZING is NOT a CRIME. Council provides skate parks, and parks for younger children but not a basic car park for us. work together not against each other. should we all start stealing cars for fun because we can't park up and socialise?? DONT TAR US ALL WITH THE SAME BRUSH AS THE IDIOTS.

    • This would be a great help to all young car owners out in the Caerphilly area as we get slated for using public places to meet even though there isnt anywhere else to go.

    • By turning people away from car parks, the chance of a serious accident occurring greatly increases. As you no longer have the hundreds of cars parked up they are out drving around the streets. It makes sense to give us an area we can use.
