As resisdents of James Watson Halls, in Portsmouth, United Kingdom; we are demading a re-embersment of part of our funds paid towards the rent agreement. For reason's being:
- lack of professional maintence service that was orginally promised within our housing agreement
- being unable to provide running hot water for a prolonged period of time lasting for more than two weeks.

    • I think its a disgrace that we pay nearly 100 a week but don't even get the services we pay for. Hot water is a necessity that we should be able to get whatever time we wish.

    • Absolutely disgusted, I have not had a hot shower for over 2 weeks and although I've been ringing to complain atleast twice every day, the problem is still there! worst thing is this has been going on for 3 years when there is "high" wind! They should have warned us before we chose to live here!

    • think the hot water problem was awful, unhygienic and dealt with terribly. Went days without being able to wash up with hot water or have a shower for more than 10 seconds!
