We, the proud owners of ATI merchandise, would like ATI technologies to provide to their customers the ability to flash and update their bios, on all such products which can be, with the latest that ATI provides. And a reasonable agreement between ATI and the customer on what that entails, and "Updating your BIOS is done so at your own risk, ATI is not liable for damage in result of the update.".
