AT&T Calder Ridge Oversight

Residential AT&T land line customers living on Calder Ridge (outskirts of Belpre, Ohio in Dunham Township) have offered their support for AT&T (formerly SBC) to meet all of their needs. Unfortunately after well over 5 years of trying to obtain DSL service for Internet the customers patience fell on deaf ears. Among the people afflicted condition are local resident Dexter L. Dunbar. This resident has had several key business transactions interrupted by the unfair neglect of AT&T. When reached for comment Dexter could only say "I can't believe that AT&T refuses me as a customer. They are essentially denying not only DSL, but consequently forfeiting my cellular business to Alltel Wireless. The sum of my monthly service fees to them including DSL would eclipse the 250 dollar mark." If you couple this service with the propensity to gain from the several neighboring households that are among those affected then you could only logically conclude that this is a gross oversight of the people of Calder Ridge Road.

If you feel that AT&T is abusing the Calder Ridge community and needs to rectify the neglect and oversight that has long since affected residents like Dexter Dunbar then please sign this petition. Furthermore signing this petition means the abuse of this customer base is affecting your outlook and commitment to obtain service(s).

    • Listen, I used to live in West Virginia and I enjoyed AT&T. Until I heard about what they are doing in Ohio to the residents of Calder Ridge and especially the misconduct being done to my good friend Dexter! Ever since I heard about it, I moved as far away as I could and switched to alltel to wash my hands cleans of all this BS!!! AT&T you will get what's coming to you when everybody switches to Sprint!! The Citizens of Calder Ridge are true Americans and they deserve the best! Why are you ignoring them AT&T? WHY? Why do you hate them? They have done nothing to you AT&T!!! They all are tax paying citizens, REAL AMERICANS!! Maybe you will wise up AT&T! Or maybe not, but heed this warning! If you don't, you will lose customers and all of our RESPECT!!!

    • In the past 10 years of my life, I have frequented Calder Ridge and the lack of DSL service is very unsettling. I feel as a customer of AT&T that I should be provided the same privilages no matter where I am albeit In my home, or on Calder Ridge. In a nutshell Calder Ridge needs DSL

    • I will just assume AT&T will ONLY stand for American Telephone & Telegraph. The expenses from installation of DSL in this community ist the perfect chance for a rate hike, You know you want more money from this community! SO GIVE THEM THEIR DSL!!!...or throw in a free telegraph for everyone in the neighborhood.
