Avatar: The Last Airbender Official Soundtrack

This petition is in response to the lack of any officially released soundtrack for the show 'Avatar: The Last Airbender'. The show is an accomplishment in what can be created when intelligence is put to good use in creating an animated program. The orchestrated tracks that go along with each episode are of an equal quality, and they deserve to be listened to uncut and complete without voice work overlayed. I believe that official soundtracks are a wonderful way of enjoying a program when a TV is not available and I think many others would love the opportunity to purchase such a Cd or compilation of Cd's. Since the show is not yet complete I also believe it would be worthwhile to create a separate release featuring the tracks from each season of the show. These could possibly be released alongside the complete book collections minus Water, which has already been released. So if you enjoy this television series and the music that has helped make it so successful, I implore you to sign this petition. If enough people are willing to sign this I will be more than happy to send it to the Nick development studios and hopefully convince them to release this on behest of all the fans who want it.     • Not only considering the monetary gains, which *would* be significant, consider all the soundtracks Disney produces. The Naked Brothers Band is an open challenge to the Mousekeeters- why not expand that challenge to include Avatar? Its' music is actually *good.*

    • As an adult fan of Avatar the Last Airbender I think the music scores to Avatar are some of the most beautiful tracks I've heard and it's a real shame that this music is not available. I run an Avatar fansite and many of my members have asked me why the music is not available. If you don't want to release the music as a seperate CD, might I suggest including it as a bonus disc to the Avatar DVD Collections. I think the Track Team have done an awesome job in creating the wonderful music for the show, which along with your animation teams and a great storyline are some of the reasons you have gained a strong adult fan base audience.

    • The music for Avatar: The Last Airbender is phenomenal. I will be extremely disappointed if not at least one soundtrack is released. If anything, it means more profit for the company, and we all know how much they LOVE money. I hope the track team keeps doing an amazing job, and I hope they can get their music out onto a soundtrack!
