Dear Ms. Hardwicke, Mr. Patterson, and any others whom it may concern,

We are the fans of Maximum Ride. The ones who have faithfully followed the Maximum Ride series and who have been anxiously (and nervously) awaiting the release of the Maximum Ride film.

So far, we are not pleased.

We find the choice of Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson to be cast as Max and Fang completely unacceptable for numerous reasons, including their popularity and that their appearance does not match the appearance of the characters. Any other reasons for our displeasure of these choices I'm sure will be voiced by the Undersigned.

This petition is a move to save this long-awaited film from becoming yet another wonderful book turned into a terrible joke. Remember, we are the fans, your audience, the ones who will come to see this film. You do not want to turn this into a film we do not want to see. We demand our opinions be heard and, at least, considered.

We thank you for the attention you have paid toward this petition and considering our opinions.

Kristen Stewart is alright for Bella, but I can't picture her as Max! it's like, going from weepy, human Bella, to being strong, fierce, in your face Max. It just doesn't suit! And don't even get me started on RPattz. I love Twilight, but keep the actors away from Max Ride!

    • Well, personally, I do love Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, but I might have to agree to the other petitioners. I don't think they should star as Max and Fang, because mainly of their appearence; they don't match the characters, although that is why there is a thing called "make-up", But, personally, I have to agree on that fact.

    • If everyone from Twilight is going to be associated with Maximum Ride, it will turn into, well, Twilight. That's a negative thing. They're too old, look nothing like them, and are not very good actors in my opinion. Honestly, I was opposed to Catherine Hardwicke directing it in the first place. Let's not push it, okay?

    • I oppose the casting of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart as Fang and Max because they look nothing like the characters, they're far too old, and I'm almost positive that they would not be able to match the personalities of said Maximum Ride characters, as they didn't even do a good job on the Twilight characters.

    • Catherine Hardwicke shouldn't even be directing this movie. I'm sorry, but Twilight was ruined by K.S and R.P's wooden acting skills. It was one of the most horrible movies I've ever seen, and that's saying something, especially because I know what a great book Twlight was. Don't turn Maximum Ride into a joke, or Twilight, which it might as well be if you cast K.S and R.P. They don't even look like Fang and Max!
