Dear BMW Canada,
It is the the utmost dissatisfaction that BMW Canada continues to allow their customers to drive newly purchased/leased vehicles that has proven to have a histrory of major safety issues. And to further "Rub salt to injury", BMW Canada continues to allow BMW Autohaus to provide "customer sevice" that is below par and is not expected from an organization that deems to build the "ultimate driving experience". So far, the vehicle nor the services I, a BMW owner, have not been able to receive such "ultimate driving experience".

- BMW Autohaus has had nothing but poor feedback from everyone I've ever spoken to regarding their service department. Unsatisfactory for a vehicle company of such stature.

- Never had a positive experience at ANY BMW dealership except Parkview! I've been to Autohaus, Missisauga, Durham and T&C. All arrogant and not helpful AT ALL!!! Make you go in circles without a proper response

- Several. Repeatedly BMW 335 owners have suffered from failing fuel pumps, and despite repeated warning signs prior to failure, BMW refuses to replace them until they FAIL completely, which means someone could be on the road and be in a potentially dangerous situation. What's more disconcerting is that this is a known issue with this engine since it's inception in 2007, and BMW seems quite satisfied with the status quo; 3 years have elapsed, and even the latest model years of the n54 engine are suffering the same High Pressure Fuel Pump Issue. It would appear, unfortunately, that it is going to take a loss of life directly related to a fuel pump failure, and a fat lawsuit against BMW before they fix this issue. And although this, then, extends far and beyond BMW Canada alone, I do believe that BMW Canada has a responsibility to be proactive when it comes to the warning signs of HPFP failure in these cars, with POLITE, COURTEOUS, and TIMELY customer service. I think that's quite reasonable.
