Making Moving & Storage Companies Accountable

We, the undersigned request that all Ontario Police Forces and the Ontario Government take immediate action to lay criminal charges and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law all Moving and Storage Companies who prey on innocent Citizens of the Province of Ontario who mislead the public by quoting charges for their services and then after loading their vehicles demand/extort more than originally quoted by threatening to place the customers belongings into storage or simply dumping them with no regard for the damage they do.

We further request that the Government:

A) make it clear to all Moving and Storage Companies that they cannot, under any circumstances demand payment before unloading and placing belongings of their Customers where their Customers wish to have them placed,

B) that all Moving and Storage Companies be fully Bonded, Licensed and Insured in order to conduct business in the Province of Ontario.

This petition is the result of the activities of Desi Movers Inc. aka, Dynamic Movers, Dynamite Movers & Comfortable Movers of Toronto (Scarborough) Ontario - Canada.
