We understand that the faculty union has proposed binding arbitration to resolve the differences in negotiations.

We understand that all the issues that are not settled would go to an appointed arbitrator to hear the arguments from both sides.

We understand that the arbitrator will decide what is fair.

We understand that binding arbitration will avoid a faculty strike.

We encourage the colleges to agree to binding arbitration.

We encourage the elected officials to join with us to ask for binding arbitration.
