Bring back Narnia Disney!!!

In signing this petition I am stating my expressed wish for the Walt Disney Corporation to reinvest in the Chronicles of Narnia franchise and support Walden Media in the production and distribution of said franchise.

I believe that this would be best in the interests of Walden Media, the Walt Disney Corporation itself, the public and to maintain the vision of C.S Lewis in his Chronicles of Narnia.

As the foremost entertainment company in the world it is well within your power to bring Chronicles of Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader to the big screen and make it the success it can be.

Those signing this petition are also signing to show their disappointment in the Walt Disney Corporation in this matter. We believe that this behaviour and money-first attitude is letting down the populous that Walt Disney originally set out to serve.

It is with the above that I, The Undersigned, make this plea to the Walt Disney Corporation with all respect.

    • This was a bad move Disney! This is the best book and WILL make the best movie to date! Whatever company picks up the movie will be lucky and will be rewarded by loyal fans seeing the movie many times! (not to mention the DVD sales)

    • Please reconsider Disney. If you stay more faithful to the book, have a better balance of action scenes and nonaction scenes then you did in Prince Caspian, and give it a better release date, Dawn Treader will probably make much more money than Prince Caspian did.

    • Narnia can be made a success... the first Narnia was a smash because it was the first. Dawn Treader can be a smash too!

    • This is the best book in the whole series, with respect to "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe". It is the last movie that is needs the main actors to be at the age they are now to keep with the previus films. The other books do not need these actors to be the same age in order to film the following books as they feature different child characters and other main characters. You can not do this to us long-term die-hard Narnia fans. I have been waiting for a current version of my favourite book series, after having watched and owned all the BBC versions. I loved both the first and second Disney Narnia movies, own them both and have watched both numerous times. You cannot pull out now, leaving us all waiting on some other company to potentially pick it up or not. Please, I am begging you, please reconsider financing this movie. Thankyou for your time.
