Drug testing has become common in schools and areas of employment. This is not only an invasion of privacy, but it is an unreasonable search and seizure which in direct violation of the 4th Amendment in the Bill of Rights, which is found in the constitution of the United States of America. It does not matter whether you are the Governmen, a place of Employment, or a school; if you do not have a warrant you don't have the right to search through blood, urine, hair samples est. from peoples body. Those who sign this petition are Americans who demand that a law be made AGAINST this unconstitutional, unamerican practice. It is clearly an invasion of privacy, and an accusation to all Americans that they are on drugs.

    • Drug testing is an invasion of our privacy! Even though I don't use drugs myself, I get rather annoyed with the fact that these types of tests are included with job offers. Ban them!

    • Many M. smokers are law abiding citizens who are productive in all ways. How many good workers are not working because of this invasion of Privacy. Id consider banning alcohol
