We the people of the United States of America, petition congress to impose new guidelines to govern employers offering of benefits. We petition to have two things acomplished.

First, to impose new labor laws upon all employers that employee more than seven (7) people to have to offer a Fair benefits package for all full time employees who work at least forty (40) hours per week. If an employer needs to charge the employee for these benefits they will not be allowed to charge a rate that exceeds more than eight (8) percent of their monthly wages. The benefits noted will include Life, Health, and Dental. Nothing less. Any full time employee deserves to have these types of benefits provided to them in return for their dedicated service to their job. Many hard working people can not afford to buy these benefits themselves.

Second, these benefits must include coverage for the employee's imediate family.

If this is not met, we will move to cut out they overly priced unfair benefits that all political leaders recieve. Government officials curently recieve the best benefits and retirement packages of any employee in the United States. It is the hard working people of this country that pay for the benefits they recieve. We want our fair share.
