Attention Nancy Taylor, President & CEO of Bideawee

Since 1915 Bideawees Wantagh location has been the communitys only no-kill facility to shelter and rehabilitate homeless animals until they find their forever homes. Closing means more animals will be killed in the already overcrowded municipal shelters.
We, the undersigned, request that Bideawee postpone closing this shelter to give the community a chance to preserve this safe haven for our communitys animals.

    • My cat was an unwanted 5 year old when I adopted him from Bideawee in 2003. He's 11 years old now, but he wouldn't have had a chance if Bideawee wasn't there to save him. The shelter must not close.
