This is a petition demanding that the British Government and / or Charity Commission step in to investigate the R.S.P.C.A.
This organisation of whom the Queen is Patron and who are supposedly there to help sick, injured and abused animals has systematically slaughtered animals which are healthy without trying to rehome or re-habilitate them ready for rehoming and who have used captive bolts on many occasions to kill these animals.
The Donating Public have no clue as to how this organisation really work as all advertising is sanitised.
This is a organisation that has millions in their bank accounts and in assets and who regularly appeal for funds. This is one of the riches charities in the UK.
These funds are mainly for their HQ and not the R.S.P.C.A. shelters across the UK who have to fundraise for their own shelters,m which are franchised.

    • use to believe this organization was there for the good of the animals. No longer feel this way !!!! Yes they do some good, but now I believe they are in it for themselves rather then the animals. To me it also shows that registered charity status means nothing. People will blindly support your organisation if it is registered as that somehow makes them more legitimate- NOT TRUE !!!!! It is sad that the individual branches may be affected by the growing mistrust of the HQ, but they are happy to associate themselves when using the name works to their advantage- sorry but you can't have it both ways.

    • the rspca no longer do the job they were set up to do. They are a law unto themselves now, and they sieze animals for no good reason. they won't work with breed rescues that often have homes waiting. They destroy perfectly healthy animals, often through shear ignorance of the breed. They also shoot pets with captive bolt guns, though have prosecuted other people that have used them. They constantly beg for money, but are one off the richest societies. They plead poverty yet squander money on lavish facilities and vehicles for their own use. They cause untold trauma to many pets when they sieze them, by their violent handling of frightened animals confronted by uniformed strangers bursting in on them, and often grabbing them with catchpoles, when they could be handled by the owner. I have witnessed this personally when they siezed dogs and cats from a local woman. Nothing wrong with the animals, just the local council wanted her to get rid of some, and she refused, so they took her to court

    • have read your reply on shot gsd in pontardawe...as far as i know the captive bolt gun only stuns so how did you establish each dog was dead ,and not sufering..this is the wrong use of this gun...just how are you allowed to use this method on a dog.....you say they were aggressive and had severe skin condition.. it seems you were unwiling to give them any chance .but prefer to shoot them inhumanely....
