    • If John Cooke's will was to have a free county grammar school for all then surely the school in its entirety is his (and the wifes) monument. Indicating anything less is surely an insult. Also, modern drivers cause modern developments and success and as such it is they who deserve recognition of this; not the past. Hence, name it on behalf of Mr Bill Spear.
