A country that hopes to make giant strides in development, good governance, rooting out corruption and pursue the principles of transparency as a fundamental bases for governance and above all garner the goodwill and respect of other nations cannot afford to tolerate the participations of CRIMINALS in the highest echelon of government as is presently the case in the Nigerias Federal House of Representatives.

When on 3rd day of April 2003, Governor Orji Uzor Kalu of Abia State in Nigeria decided to install his younger brother Nnanna H. Uzor Kalu who just returned from the United States of America with a seat at the Federal House of Representatives (Nigerians Lower House of Legislature) the only problem was that nomination for the April 12th 2003 election had closed in accordance with Section 24, 25 (1) and 25(3) of Nigerias Electoral Act 2002. In order to bypass this problem they resorted to falsification, forgeries and alterations of document, which they subsequently submitted to the Nigerian Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for clearance to participate in the election.

Amongst the document so forged were:

1. INEC form C.F.001 The form which also doubles as an affidavit was deposed to and sworn on 3rd day of April 2003 at the High Court Registry at Aba by Nnanna Humphrey Uzor-kalu and receipt No. 0288787 issued thereto in respect of the payment of the statutory oath fee. This was five (5) clear days after the close of nomination. Nnanna Humphrey Uzor-kalu photocopied this form and on the photocopy changed and altered the signature of the Commissioner for Oath and the date in which it was sworn to and backed dated it by one month to 3rd day of March 2003.

2. Statutory declaration of age this was deposed to on the same 3rd day of April 2003 by one Hon. Dr. Cosmos Ndukwe and evidenced in receipt No.0288782 of the High Court Registry at Aba in favor of Prince Nnanna Humphrey Uzor. Whereas, the copy submitted to INEC was altered to 3rd day of April 2000 and the last digit of the receipt number cleaned out to avoid tracing.

3. West African School Certificate May/June 1982 this was an outright fake/forgery. For purposes of clarity we reproduced the result in question here-under:

    • This is a bad treat to humanity, a big blow to justice but our leaders are the most corrupt as they pilot their affairs with dubious ambition. The issue of fatherism is killing our country, it started from the president by installing Senator Wabara who lost the primaries as the senate president. If Orji's will be treated legally Obasanjo will equally be arraigned before our corrupt court

    • kogi state house of assembly speaker wants to cause crisis in the state, i dont think he is a law expiate, because he has nothing to show for it. with the way he wants to use a land case to cause a religious crisis in the state. i will like the house to look into this issue because this said land has being passed judgement on in two competent courts of law, but still the state house of assembly speaker wants to use position to break the law which is not suppose to be due to his possition in the state as a law amender. please look into this matter. i can send the full details of the matter if you send me the appropriate email address through my box. thanks
