PETITION TO HALT CONSTRUCTION OF ELEVEN (11) RF CELL ANTENNA/TOWERS ON
CARTHAY CIRCLE OFFICE BUILDING (6330 SAN VICENTE BLVD,) BASED ON DECREASE IN PROPERTY VALUE AND POSSIBLE LONG TERM HEALTH RISKS TO THE CHILDREN OF CARTHAY CENTER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND ADULTS and CHILDREN WITHIN A 1300 FT (400 YARD) RADIUS OF PROPOSED ANTENNA/TOWER BY OMNIPOINT COMMUNICATION. WE HOLD LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE ALL PARTIES INVOLVED IN THIS PROJECT FOR ALL DAMAGES AND HARM CAUSED BY LONG TERM CUMULATIVE EXPOSURE TO RF, MICROWAVE, AND ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION PRODUCED BY SAID ANTENNAS AND TOWERS WITHIN A PERIOD OF FIFTEEN YEARS AS INDICATED BY PUBLISHED RESEACH.

    • It is unconscionable to put a cell tower across from an elementary school. The health risks are far too concerning. There are many studies proving the health risks of these towers, and whether or not you personally believe them to be true, the fact that there is any question at all about the safety or potential danger of the cell towers is enough to prevent their going up. If you have to ask yourself if it is safe, why on earth would you risk the health of so many people? And this is a residential neighborhood, the property value will take a huge hit if there is a cell tower and potential health risks hanging over everyone's head. Why would someone buy in a neighborhood where there might be a health risk, if they can buy in one where there isn't? Please do not do this. You wouldn't want it in your backyard either, would you? We will all be adversely affected in so many financial and physical ways just so someone else can make some money. It is not right. Do the right thing and prevent this from happening.
