Cell phone companies regularly gouge people for going over their minutes. We demand that cell phone companies install an optional cutoff (except for emergencies)plan, once the monthly minutes are reached, instead of allowing you or someone else who gets a hold of your phone to rack up hours, costing you hundreds of dollars.
