WE ask that Creative (www.creative.com) add more support and customer care for all their products, mainly including the Sound Blaster LIVE! and AUDIGY products. We ask for all driver AND software support to be avalible for download on their website.. not just an order form for a shipped cd that WE will have to order again when a new update is out (ex. Live Ware 3.0), more windows xp support, better compatiblity with other hardware, NO MORE SPYWARE (ex. newsupd.exe), and the options to install the "HIDDEN" files... no hidden installations (ex. Creative EAX, Disc Detector, etc.)

    • I've always been a supporter of creative labs and their products. My computer speakers are made by creative, I have a sound blaster x-fi xtremegamer installed in my current PC, and before it I had a Sound Blaster Live! Xtremegamer 5.1 installed. I'm constantly having problems with the card being unable to access any of the creative utilities due to errors and my speakers make a popping/crackling sound constantly even with the lastest drivers. I have an intel 865pe motherboard with a pentium 4 3.0 Ghz processor and NOT an nforce4 motherboard. Creative needs to give me back my money, fix it for free, or create new windows xp drivers that fix these issues!

    • SCP!!!!!!!!! but only when browsing site like you tube, where flash videos are used with sounds, but if i put it in full screen i have no SCP problems?! i can play all the games i ever played on a computer w/o any problems its only when browsing flash sites every program that ahs a fullscreen function fix my problem, so idk who to blame, BTW!!! if i install my windows vista, install xfi drivers i have no scp, but as soon i install all my other drivers im experiencing problems. still I had back in the days a soundblaster platinum 5.1 and i had problems, right now i think imma buy a whole new system with a great onboard soundcard, no more externals for me.
