We are signing this petition to support Cupkates' continued operation in the City of Berkeley. Disallowing her to park in metered spaces or otherwise regulated parking would remove her business from commercial zones that are convenient for us, the citizens of Berkeley, and paramount to the success of her business. We strongly believe Cupkates to be a valued part of this community, one which provides a service to the residents of this city. Please support this local business and allow it to continue to thrive in the City of Berkeley.
