I hereby decree that Daniel Howland be returned to Worcester and all his friends immediately, due to the fact that he is missing out on a load of good fun. None of his best friends get to see him now except through limited communication via the internet, and we all agree it would be better for his general wellbeing for him to return to Worcester.
