Royal Caribbean Policy Change

Recently, a young woman and her family were refused entry on a Royal Caribbean cruise for arriving fifteen minutes late for their boarding time. Their delay was caused by an earthquake that had just occured moments before in the area that was en route to the port. When they arrived at check-in they were told that they couldn't board. Explaining that their delay was due to an act of nature fell on deaf ears. Even telling the attendant that the patriarch was severely disabled and trying to fulfill his late wifes' dying wish to have her ashes scattered at sea when they arrived was to no avail. No one, at any level in this company is willing to listen or help. So, I ask that if you wish to help and you want to see Royal Caribbean change their policy please sign this petition. Thank you.

I know that this family has saved every penny to go on this cruise to release her mother's ashes into the bermuda water's . they had a ceremony and a priest . also her father had just beat lung cancer. I feel just terrible and so should Royal Carribean
