To: North/South Carolina State Representatives

WE THE UNDERSIGNED STRONGLY SUPPORT the legalization and use of blue or red neon in the states of North and South Carolina, with the exception of those that flash or are exposed. Lighting of all kind except driving lights should be hidden in order to prevent distractions or obstructions of view. We feel that if our neighboors in Tennessee are allowed to do this, then we should be too.
