Mid-2003, the McDonald's Corporation introduced "All white meat" Chicken McNuggets. In doing so, the well-loved "dark meat" Chicken McNuggets were stricken from existence, alienating many fastfood consumers.

We, the undersigned, hope that the McDonald's Corporation might be encouraged to either bring back a mix of dark and white meat Chicken McNuggets or, better still, offer a choice to the patrons of McDonald's restaurants.

    • They were the best part of the McNugget meal. They were tasty, and had just the right amount of fat to make them almost melt in your mouth. McNuggets don't need to be healthy. The whole premise of fast food and chicken nuggets is a convenient meal, and a sinful treat, all rolled into one. Don't let the health police scare you all into creating a homogenous menu that lacks taste, character, or pleasure. Bring back the dark meat McNuggets, please.
