We the Undersigned demand a full and public apology from Melanie Philips, Author of the Daily Mail article "Druids as an official religion? Stones of praise here we come" (dated 4th October 2010). For the entirety of said article as it is no more than an ill informed attack upon the religion/faith/spirituality of Druidry.

- Although not a Druid, I follow a pagan path. This article incensed me tot he extreme. Such narrow-mindedness and discrimination is unacceptable and just shows how ignorant she is. I'm pleased that so many people are willing to stand up for pagan rights.

- i found this article so offensive how dare melanie reffer to druids as a cult at least druidism isnt a corrupt cover up like a certain religion i could mention i turned to paganism because i felt christianity was becoming a cult and paganism allows me to follow my own beliefs the pagan druids is one of the most free loving and diverse of all religion some people just attack it because its the opposite of what a corrupt state want its the roman invaision all over again accept this time where fighting back and better prepared
