- The VERY best of trek franchise, almost every episode from series 3 onward left me with thoughts in my head, elaborated writing with ideas not used elsewhere in trek series, the plot is much more realistic than in other trek series, there is no jumping from planet to planet with classic trek- reset at the end of episode, when the actions of characters have no implications for future, persons are 3D in all tints of grey, there are not drawed in a stereotypical good guys-bad guys way ("enhanced" Bashir, capt. Sisko does not refrain to poison planets atmosphere when chasing Eddington, Odo responsible for death of 3 innocent Bajorans during occupation, Dukat - chapter for itself - man, how I hated him), but despite that (or thanks to that) the feeling of exploring humanity is greates in this series, I am huge fan of all the series and movies, each one is unique in some way (even VOY and ENT), but DS9 stands over them, and for me it is the BEST from the all

- I'm just starting on the 7th season, and I already miss Jadzia, not to mention Ziyal. DS9 is a masterpiece, the crown achievement of Star trek. It conveyes a beautiful story brilliantly. Too bad it ended 15 years ago.

- There needs to be one last ST movie of the original timeline with all living cast members of DS9, TNG, VOY, TOS and maybe even ENT while there are still many surviving members of all of them. The longer we wait the older they all get and the more TOS actors die. It would be a massive hit.
