Duchess is a prolific top contributor troll within the uk yahoo answers community who targets over members with email hate campaigns, derogatory lists, and spam. I hereby petition the government of the united kingdom to take action that yahoo answers seem incapable or unwilling to take against all her accounts and suspend them.
