We, the undersigned, the old-school gamers, the new breed, and gamers in general would urge the concerned parties to finish Duke Nukem Forever from its current stage and publish it as soon as possible. For, the Duke Nukem series is and has been an important milestone in PC gaming and gaming in general, and in a sense a title that redefined Video-Games. The Cheesiness, the over-the-top scenarios, the humor, the dialogues, and the game as a whole has been etched in memories of millions of Gamers and is of dire need in this particular period of time where "Realism" seems to be more importance to Developers, Duke Nukem in its own style was a pioneer, a "GTA of FPS's" & one of the first FPSes to implement many innovative features, a game that liberated the minds of so many players, a game that was a "Video-Game" in its true sense and not a "Life-Simulation", which seems to be the case with so many games recently released.

The game in its current avatar has so much potential, and if tweaked properly & toiled upon would be an awesome AAA title that gamers would buy in a heartbeat. Here's to hope that this wonderful game franchise would not die a such a disgraceful death. Its time you guys finished what you'd started, a game that would truly live upto its hype ! Please do deliver the Duke to us, by any means possible !

    • Duke Nukem 3D was my favorite game growing up and I have followed every piece of media and news released on the state of Duke Nukem Forever since 1999. I am now 19 years old and this is what I get? The fate of not only the only game I've really cared about for over a decade is questionable at best, but the developer is shut down? If you could not help out my favorite developer of all time with some money to finish the game, please be big enough to not let this game die. I will never feel the same way about video games again if it does.
