We, the undersigned, wish for the fourth series of Doctor Who to be aired at 7.00pm on a Saturday evening. Many people will not have arrived home from work, and may not have access to the BBC's iPlayer service, or be able to record it on television. Even head writer Russell T. Davies has complained about the new timeslot. Give the majority of viewers what they want!

    • Quite right. It was a ridiculous decision and I am very annoyed.

    • I think it's a disgraceful disrespect to a show that has earned them millions of pounds in revenue, and was the second most watched program on any channel for the entire year of 2007.

    • It belongs at 7pm. I'm not home from work until 6:45pm meaning I will miss it, I'm sure I won't be alone along with families out on day trips etc during the summer.

    • I'll start by saying that I don't live in the UK, so this doesn't affect me directly, but I can see how a timeslot change like this could be problematic for a lot of people, i.e. people who work. Come now, BBC. You don't have to be a Time Lord to see that there's a significant difference between 6:20 pm and 7:00 pm! Although, if it makes anyone feel better, the US has to wait a month or so before it receives new episodes, and even then they're edited for TIME. Anyway, I sincerely hope that Doctor Who is eventually returned to its rightful place. The people need the Doctor!

    • Doctor who's ratings would be better if it was on at 7pm.
