Should the government step in and do something about Ebay/Paypal policies? namely Paypal holding funds without your permission. Ebay forcing you to use something you don't want. and lost business or damage to business due to Ebay's feedback policy. vote here if you want to voice your concerns to the U.S.Supreme Court

    • I was a powerseller for over 7 years & due to the feedback changes I was suspended from ebay, needless to say I am livid about ebay & there outrageous fees & poor customer service, no one cares but me that I got kicked off!! I had over 1500 postive feedbacks & 3 negatives due to late shipping, how is this fair & just to suspend me? Please help!

    • Paypal has held my funds for some time now, why I do not know. Ebay is all the money I have and when my account (money) gets held how am I supposed to ship the items out? If I don't ship them out I get negative feedback but I am not able to access my funds from the sold item for shipping. How is this right? So ebay suspends me. So unfair, the BBB needs to look into ebay!

    • They say they offer protection for the sellers if they use PayPal, but I've been ripped off so many times by buyers or had items damaged in the mail, chargebacks, and payments made for subscriptions I never requested. Not once in 7 years have I ever been protected and reimbursed. Now they force us to use PayPal.

    • I have had REALLY had BAD experiences with both Paypal & Ebay as a seller. There are no protections for the seller, and Paypal comes to their descions in regards to refunding to a buyer, without any facts or proof from the seller. Then, if you do confront them with how they reached their decision and how can they do so without any information or proof from my side, they just use the excuse that the pictures I provide cannot be proven as truthful photos, they may be of a different item, or from a different time, so in otherwords, the buyer wins NO MATTER WHAT! As for Ebay, they are just a joke!
