To Whom it may Concern,

We, the undersigned, are asking for the release of Death Row inmate Kenneth Eugene Foster; for he was not sentenced as an actual trigger man, but as the get-away driver at a crime scene. We find that Mr. Foster, who has served a ten (10) years sentence so far, has served his time for they labeled 'his part in the crime' and we surely feel that Mr. Foster should have not been on Death Row for this in the first place.

    • Kenneth Foster should never have been charged with capital murder. He had no idea that his companions riding in his car were going to shoot anyone. He is not guilty of murder. Texas' law of parties is unfair, illogical, and applied quite arbitrarily. Kenneth is guilty of keeping the wrong company but not of murder.

    • The "law of parties" needs to be changed so that it does not result in people getting the death penalty
