We the undersigned petition the government to make funds available to allow the use of concessionary passes in England valid 24hrs a day 7 days a week as is the case in Wales. The English Democrats are campaigning to allow the holders of a concessionary pass the freedom to use public transport anytime night or day 365 days a year.
