Me and my family had spent money on printers for our documents. We recently bought an Epson Stylus C90, with the promise that we can save money on just buying a single cartridge when it runs out. The problem is, it refuses to print at all when one of the cartridges runs very low. You only wanted to print a black-and-white document, but the machine demands that you buy the red or the yellow one just to continue printing. And the printer seems to be consuming stuff faster than you expect.
We, the Undersigned, request Epson to make changes to their printers, and remove the "Please Replace Cartridge" feature immediately, or in their next line of machines. We would like to make the most out of their products, and we would appreciate them if they promise not to do this sort of extortion.

- Epson printers not only do that, but their print heads are also irreplacable. If the print head spoils, the user is expected to trash the printer and buy a new one. In my opinion, that is a waste of money, to buy an entire new printer, and also a waste of time, since old drivers have to be uninstalled, new drivers must be installed, then there's the learning curve to learn how to set up the new drivers. This is madness. I will not recommend or buy Epson printers again because of this.

- I have purchased Epson printers before but it is clear that my present printer has been designed to sell more Epson ink. You have lost a customer. No moreEpson printers for me. I have two friends who have abandoned Epson printers for the same reason.
