Dear Coffee-loving Ericssonites!

This Petition is to install better coffee machines in Ericsson forum in Gurgaon.

We, employees of Ericsson India, have been suffering from post lunch sleepiness for lack of availability of any decent coffee in our building. No coffee means low productivity in the afternoon hours, sleepy colleagues and general feeling of lethargy and boredom. Since work remains unfinished during the day due to clinical sleepiness, we have to work after-hours and weekends, further affecting our work-life balance.

Considering that we work for a Swedish company, its shameful that we drink a mud-synthetic milk-hot water mixture and expect our employees to remain super active after a hearty Indian meal in our canteen.

An easy solution can be to get a popular coffee chain to open a legitimate coffee corner in our building. However, say NO to trashy machine concoction that they pass off as Coffee. We would be even happier if an espresso machine is installed and operated by employees themselves.

We therefore petition to Ericsson Senior Management (No less! They need to work as well, right?) to direct the Administration to find a solution to this problem of the long suffering hard working Ericssonites in Gurgaon.
