We, current and potential customers (hence forth called "The Undersigned") of Ford Motor Company North America (hence forth called "FMCNA"), plea to FMCNA to bring the 2009 Ford Focus RS to North America. We believe that there is substantial interest in the product and that most current Ford Focus SVT owners will upgrade to said RS. With recent reviews of the vehicle also placing performance well above the competition both in and out of its market segment, consumers who have never even entertained the idea of owning a Ford will be curious enough to take a test drive, at the very least driving dealer traffic. With small cars rapidly increasing their sales in the current market environment, and the desire for performance vehicles still strong, the chances for an overwhelming success of this model is almost assured.
The Undersigned accept an estimated MSRP of $35,000 (based on 24,995 European MSRP) as reasonable for this vehicle, and pledge to obtain financing toward purchase or outright purchase if it is made available in North America.

- Please bring this amazing car to the US. It's not right that an American car company are producing great cars in Europe (Focus RS, Mondeo) and leaving all the crap in the US. I find it insulting. But I promise you that this car will sell and help your company!

- I have purchased 6 Ford vehicles in the past 9 years, and currently own a 2009 Focus. I would really like to see the RS here in the States. I dont understand why a sport inspired car, made by an American company, is not being offered in its home country. Especially with the multitude of people who purchase Japanese branded "compact" cars and then sport tune them for additional power and handling. It just seems like Ford would market these vehicles at home. I am confident there are more than enough buyers waiting to purchase an RS. I would without hesitation purchase a RS500 if given the chance. - Larry

- Get some decent Ford small cars into North America (This is the best car to take on some V8 with better mileage)
