We would like to declare Monday as part of the weekend for the United States of America. We propose working ten hour days, four times per week. We believe an extra day off will heighten morale in work places across the country, granting us more time to spend with family & in pursuit of activities that bring us joy. This is bound to have an obvious positive impact upon the economy at large.

- This may or may not apply to some individuals but many of us work the odd jobs and work odd hours to make ends meat but family bonding time is important for everyones well being and health. How can you enjoy something we have worked so hard for but never get to be home to enjoy it. Life is too short to miss precious time away from family. If you have lost someone you love you may then feel what I am saying, if not count your blessings.
