With our nation going through extrememly tough economic times and about to start running Trillion Dollar deficits , it is time to give up the American Empire. Our troops should not be on the front line of every possible altercation. This money can be better spent here at home. It is unjust to the Middle Class and Working Poor to use their Tax dollars to support Imperialistic policies that strip them of their civil liberties to maintain an empire that is literally bankrupting our country.

    • Our troops are our "queens" in the game of chess. By throwing them out in the middle of the "battlefield" instead of leaving them home or moving them smartly you are weakening your defense. So if someone does come and attack you how are you going to properly defend yourself with your queen gone?
