We the undersigned revolutionary brotherhood of Rodez, in celebration of the recent freedom of our brother Noni from nearly a quarter of a century of fascist oppression, demand that from this day forth, the first Tuesday in May of each year be given to the people as a public holiday - a worldwide celebration - to be known henceforth - as FREE NONI DAY!
