Dear Full Tilt,

We players feel that the current affiliate policies are unfair. We are writing to ask you to change these policies for 1) players with existing accounts who want to change affiliates and 2) new players that sign up for Full Tilt through an affiliate. We recommend the following changes:

1. Players should have access to all information related to their accounts. Therefore, Full Tilt should disclose the name of an affiliate associated with an account, if requested by the account holder.

2. Affiliates should disclose to new players that when they use a bonus or referral code, they are entering into a contract with an affiliate. Players should be informed of the details of the affiliate contract before signing up. This could be accomplished with a simple disclaimer on the affiliate's Full Tilt description page.

3. Players' contracts with an affiliate should have a term limit. Many existing players unknowingly entered lilfe-time relationships with affiliates that were not in their best interest when they signed up for your site. We understand that affiliates provide a valuable service to Full Tilt and to players, but any contract that never ends or cannot be terminated is unfair and unreasonable. A contract of 1-2 years is more appropriate and a player should be able to opt out of any contract longer than that.

4. Full Tilt should establish a system for existing players who were unknowingly bound to affiliates to negotiate out of these contracts. This is particularly important when their affiliate is non-responsive. If a player tries to contact his affiliate and does not get a response after several documented attempts, a player should be able to terminate his relationship with the affiliate.

Because of your current policies, many players have pulled their money off of Full Tilt and are now playing elsewhere. This response to the unreasonable affiliate policies does not benefit your company, the players, or the affiliates. Because of this, we urge you to reconsider your affiliate policies. In the site, player, affiliate relationship, there are three parties, and all three should have a voice and be fairly represented and rewarded.

    • I have pulled my money off of Full Tilt and will not put more money in until Full Tilt addresses it's unsatisfactory affiliate policies. I have tried several times to contact my affiliate and ask for information about my contract with them and also for rakeback. All attempts have not been responded to. I want to change affiliates, and respectfully ask Full Tilt to change it's affiliate policies.

    • I deposited about 4 years ago when rakeback was impossible. Maybe played like 200 hands and cleared $5 bonus. Now rakeback is impossible for me.

    • Pulled all my money off of FTP, I think you need to take a serious look at your policies and change them. No rakeback = no more business from your once-loyal customers.
