Some months ago, an Australian man named Josef Fritzl was imprisoned merely for keeping his daughter and grandchildren captive under his house.
Going to jail over this is overkill, because Fritzl clearly did it as a joke.
Fritzl should be released, and given a $20 gift voucher to any hardware store of his choice, so that he may avoid what happened in the past and create a hospital in his basement.
