Dear Nexon America,
Seeing as our previous tickets are being blatantly disregarded we have
decided to start a petition to get our voices heard. For almost 2
months now our chars have been glitched from transferring worlds. We
understand as a gaming company that mistakes happen and some are even
unavoidable, but we as a consumer expect more from a company that we shell
out hundreds and hundreds of dollars to.
We are angered by the fact: You transfer more players over and yet fail
to fix the problem at hand. We are angered that you choose to implement
new content, yet fail to fix the problems we have in our old content.
You cant just put a Band-Aid over it and hope it gets better. Its your
responsibility to keep your customers happy. Some may say we are being
impatient and are giving Nexon a hard time but please try to understand
we paid 25 dollars for a service and we only got half of that service.
Its like contracting a painter to paint your home. Would you want him to
paint only half your house? No, of course not, you would want what you
paid for, as do we.
We want to be on rankings because we worked hard to be on it. We didn't
hack our levels and no ranks equal hacker in everyones eyes...we want
to be able to merchant to make money to train. We want to drop
items we dont need! Most of us have to depend on our friends to provide us with
mesos to buy
pots to train and to even buy from shops. You are depriving us of enjoyment in a
game that we pay
for is that any way to treat your customers?
I personally find it funny that my friend KandiBar previously known as GoidyLox
GOT a NAME CHANGE; you changed her name but failed to unglitch her?
This is dedicated to my friends, KandiBar, Binniee, Juubee, spellbound29, and
every glitched player carelessly being over looked by Nexon America.
