The updated version on Gmail has removed the "Search the Web" button. We request that the "Search the Web" button be reinstated.

- PLEASE BRING IT BACK!!! It's been one of the most convenient and useful aspects of gmail, being able to search through my mail and have the option to search for the same content (or in some cases related or even unrelated content) on the web so easily was such a great thing. It's a major hassle to be taking extra steps to open up a new window to browse with and it significantly reduces my ability to work efficiently.
