We, the undersigned, want to support the call for reliable, high-speed, affordable broadband to be provided for unserviced areas of Co. Tipperary as a matter of urgency.
It is essential for economic growth and job creation, for the support of local businesses and theur future development, for various educational needs, for remote working in order to give greater work flexibility, and to counter rural depopulation.

- Broadband rollout has been a major stumbling block and failure of the current government. Access to high speed internet services is an inhibitor to business, education and all walks of modern life. Ensuring that an investment is made in broadband pervasiveness and penetration is ensuring an investment in the future of the country's success.

- As a business person moving to the Mullinahone area, it is vital that broadband be available to enable us to contribute to the community.

- In this day and age when other countires come to Ireland for our engineering and computer skills, i.e. Google, it's a sad ranking that we're 30th out of 34th on the broadband scale.

- Moved to Tipperary for work reasons, Have the option to work from home but need broadband. O2,Vodafone & 3 are a waste of time I have tried dial up is better. Try to create employment, my wife has set up her own business and is crucified due to no broadband provider, she has to drive with her lap top to Callan to recieve a suitable signal to send and recieve large emails, now I know why the mobile providers call it Broadband on the move. We do not have any 3g signal from any of the telecoms providers go into their prospective websites and search Mullinahone a pure blackspot. A broadband company set up we were surveyed and told we could not get a signal 500m from transmitter, When we last contacted them for a re-survey they were pulling out. Even a 3G cell upgrade would satisfy.
