We, the signers of this petition, believe that Sandra Sigona Grabsky should not have been relocated out of Miami Central's AOIT program. We strongly urge the administrative staff to become aware of how much the upcoming students need her and to bring her back.

I would personally vouch for her continued placement at Miami Central Sr. HS as both the guidance counselor and the lead of the amazing Academy of Information Technologhy. Without her, Central will not continue its current success. She is essential to your continued advancement and development of a school that will become the prominent face of MDCPS.

    • Grabsky was the only reason I was allowed to go to Central. She encouraged me to try my best with everything I did and she is one of the reasons I am at Georgia Tech. Taking her away from Central would be a terrible mistake.

    • Grabsky was more than just a counselor; she was a friend, a teacher, a mentor, a shoulder to cry on when ever needed, a stern voice even when not wanted, but most of all she was a person that cared and made sure to let that be known.
